seventhavenuegift ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or addresses outside the United States.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes 3–5 business days.
Shipping is free for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. We select a carrier that can deliver to the address provided at checkout. When a carrier provides tracking information, we include it in the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used for the order.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If you need to change an address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@seventhavenuegift.com or +1 303-840-7263. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been handed to the carrier.
